Booking Policy

Booking Policy:

We are looking forward to welcoming you in our establishment.

  • Our team of front-of-house staff is diligently working to accommodate your booking and we will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes unless notified otherwise.

  • On Friday & Saturday please note that after 7.30pm children will not be allowed in the dining area.

  • Our front of house team will be accepting bookings by our reservations platform on our website and over the phone.

  • We require a £10 deposit per person for all group reservations over 6 guests, which will be deducted from your bill on the day of your visit.

  • Refunds will not be processed upon cancellation if not made within 24 hours of your booking date for large bookings only. For example, if you book a table for six people, you must contact us to cancel within 24 hours of making the reservation or we will charge full price for all six guests.

  • Bookings may be re-arranged within a 48 hour notice period.

  • We provide a seating time of 2 hours per reservation.

  • Two payment methods will only be accepted.

  • Last food order: 10.00pm daily.

  • Al Fresco closes: 10:00pm daily.

Minimum Deposits, Bill Settlement:

Restaurant & Al Fresco Minimum Spend

  • Minimum Spend Mon - Thurs all day: £25pp

  • Minimum Spend Saturday lunch hours 12pm-2pm: £25pp

  • Minimum Spend Sunday all day: £25pp

  • Minimum Spend Friday & Saturday from 5pm onwards: £35pp


  • Our restaurant takes allergies and intolerances very seriously and we make every attempt to ensure you enjoy your dining experience with us. However, we cannot guarantee that the food at these premises will be free from allergens. Please let a member of the restaurant team know upon placing your order if you suffer from a food allergy or intolerance.
  • Our food is halal.

Dress Code Policy:

  • We would like to kindly request all guest to adhere to a smart/casual dress code policy when visiting our establishment.
  • No sportswear; hoodies, tracksuits, jogging bottoms, caps or flip flops.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry to you or any guests should you or they be inappropriately dressed or intoxicated.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Please note that we require 24 hours notice prior to your reservation in order to request a refund. without this, our cancellation fee will apply by our reservation platform
